Say hello to my little scarf. I take that back, it’s not little at all. It’s really rather big and wrappy {you know, as in blanket size?}. I just love this scarf! And to think, I was this -- this close to taking it back. Turns out, this lovely was one of my favorite accessories during the last 30 for 30 {see below}. Prepare yourselves to see this gorg scarf in outfits to come.
I'm a little low on words today because I'm busy constantly refreshing twitter for any #clooneywatch updates. Yep, that Clooney. He's about to start filming a movie here {don't think I didn't e-mail the casting director about an extra position...with a link to this blog. Cause I did}. So clearly today's priority is dedicated to George {sorry blog}. Actually, it's dedicated to Ryan Gosling who is also in said movie. I figure if someone spots Clooney, then RGosling MUST be near by. And then stealth Liz can make her move. Feel free to start calling me Mrs. RGosling, okay?
So jealous that I'm not in Cincinnati right now! Hopefully they're still filming when I get home for spring break...I want to do some Clooney/Gosling-spotting! Also, great scarf! I like seeing how many different ways you've worn it. I can't believe you almost returned it!
ReplyDeleteNom RGosling. I will live vicariously through your stealthness. Also, love the multitude of ways you've styled the scarf. I have many, and I keep trying to find different ways to wear them. Love seeing them on blogs as it gives me great new ideas!
ReplyDeleteI love the way your wore the scarf in that last pic from 30x30, the one with the brooch! So cute and different! I'll have to try that one day :)
ReplyDeleteGood luck on getting to meet your future hubbie! I would be stalking them to if a movie was filmed in my town...keep us updated if anything exciting happens. I am glad you put pics up showing different ways to style a scarf...I need to learn, learn, learn!
ReplyDeleteI still love when the opening shot is a mirror shot. I dont know many other blogger who do them as well as you. I hate a crappy mirror shot but you are so good at them. And I love your scarf!
ReplyDeleteI love love love this outfit! Especially the scarf. You wear it well!
ReplyDeleteGood luck scouting George and Ryan! Jealous! :)
Oooh, hope you get to see your "soon-to-be hubs", then! Take a camera so you can get some pictures for the blog! And good instincts in NOT taking that scarf back, it's great!
ReplyDeleteOoohh! Ryan Gosling! Can I come to your wedding? I promise I won't try to hit on the groom.
ReplyDeleteLove the scarf - the large ones are my favorite because they double as a blanket if your office gets cold.
ReplyDeleteAnd wait, you live in Cincinnati?! I live quite close to the restaurant where George Clooney was spotted lunching the other day....
I have to say...I live in Cincinnati and I wish I could run into you on the street so I can get inspiration on my outfits! Is that creepy? Ha. LOVE the outfit and cant wait to see what else happens in your remix. I might even have to start one for my self next time! Keep it up!!
ReplyDeleteI love the scarf, you wear it so well! Ooo, Goearge Clooney, now there is a man who has aged very well!
ReplyDeleteLove the outfit and the beautiful scarf! I really like the way you wore it with the brooch, very understated-regal (if such a total oxymoron is allowed)
ReplyDeleteI absolutely cannot wait until Ryan Gosling comes to town {obviously}. Hopefully we both can catch a glimpse.
ReplyDeleteIsn't he dreamy? {swoon}
ReplyDeleteThanks Ariana!
ReplyDeleteThanks Erin! I'm glad you like my silly little shot :) :) :)
ReplyDeletethank you thank you
ReplyDeleteKara! You most certainly can come! hehe
ReplyDeleteYep! Well, not technically. I work in Cincinnati and live in Northern KY. But isn't that all the same right?
ReplyDeleteOh you do? How fun!
ReplyDeleteokay, I have so many things to say that I have to number my comment. 1. That outfit is so cute and I just love the belting and scarfing going on! 2. The third way that you wore the skirt with the pin in it is soooo cute. 3. How did you do it?!

ReplyDeleteOh, man, I'm so that way with a scarf, too. I've actually told myself I cannot use it during my 30! I know, I'm terrible to myself. You, however, are adorable. Love the outfit today and your 30 looks fun to do!
