{Top & Belt: H&M, Jeans & Blazer: Gap, Necklace: c/o Linley Shea, Sunglasses: Ray Ban, Shoes: Target}
I had the luxury of the morning off. Working until 6:30 most nights of the week doesn’t leave a lot of time for those silly adult things like going to the bank, oil changes and grocery shopping. So I spent the morning running around town and thought I’d snap a few shots in my non-work clothes {that would be Liz speak for jeans}. While waiting in line for the ATM I spotted this location. It was like that saying, killing two birds with one stone, except I didn’t harm any birds slash there were no stones involved. As for the morning, consider it a success. I didn't quite make it to the grocery store, but 2 out of 3 ain't bad.
hello awesome shirt! oh how i wish a H&M was nearby... love your casual look. and the turquoise on the neons looks AHmazing!
ReplyDeleteLove the fun shirt! And I am still on the search for that perfect black blazer... any tips?
ReplyDeleteLove the multi striped shirt! And the turquoise pendant is just the perfect accent.
ReplyDeleteIf Meatloaf says it's true, it must be so. I am loving all of your outside posts as of late and this is no exception. I'm loving the combo of the blazer and striped top. What I wouldn't give to have an H & M in the area where I live. However, it might be safer for my bank account this way . . .
ReplyDeletecute & simple outfit! love it :-)

your post kinda reminded me of this: http://hyperboleandahalf.blogspot.com/2010/06/this-is-why-ill-never-be-adult.html (okay, so it was just the "going to the bank" part!)
ReplyDeleteAnyway, I love your casual look :) And the wall is a great location for photos! :)
Love that shirt every time you wear it & paired with that necklace = perfection!

love the outfit, and LOVE LOVE LOVE your hair like that.
ReplyDeleteLove the top!
ReplyDeleteOh girl, I totally understand how hard it is to live life working full-time! I just finally cleaned my house AND car tonight. I still have yet to hit the grocery store - it's been about two or three weeks now... :)
ReplyDeleteLOVE the outfit - that striped tee is the most beautiful thing! I am going to have to find an H&M fast! :)
small time style
i love your non-work look. doesn't it get tiring always dressing up? i skipped a day this week and it felt so good to wear what i really wanted.
ReplyDeletevery cute and stylish, still looks super comfy! Congrats on the running errands success. Hope you have a great day! I really like your outdoor pics and this location is another really nice one
ReplyDeletewhat a great and comfy outfit for errands! and 2 out of 3 is better than i do most days :)
ReplyDeleteI HATE those silly adult things, they take up so much valuable bloggy time. Good work integrating the two. I have always felt like an extra badass anytime I pose in front of a wall, and you are proving my rule. But you're also wearing extra cool sunglasses which up the badass factor, too. Either way you're looking bomb to the diggity.
ReplyDeleteso chic outfit!!love the top!!
ReplyDeletei love that top. and with that necklace too! Such great colors!
ReplyDeleteThe bright colors on the top look great under all that black. Love it!

Oh! I have this top!! I love the way you styled it here with the black blazer. I never would have thought of that. Now I might have to give it a try... =)
ReplyDeleteThanks Lisa! I saw this on Haley from the weekend file. Cute and put together - my two favorite things!
ReplyDeleteThanks Jenni!
ReplyDeleteGlad my sunglasses play up the badass factor vs the dark circle factor {which they were hiding}. Accomplishment? Check!
ReplyDeletethank you thank you :)
ReplyDeleteIt does get a bit tiring having to neglect my jeans 5 days a week. Glad I took advantage of my off day and sported my favorite/go-to jeans!
ReplyDeleteThanks Emma! I'm seriously loving this turquoise necklace!
ReplyDeleteThanks! You know I think I spend less at H&M now that I have one in town. Before I used to roadtrip and splurge but now that it's readily accessible I spend less {I think}.
ReplyDeleteAh, I need to ask: what shoes are those from Target? they are so cute!
ReplyDeleteThis is a super cute outfit and very flattering. I really love these blazers with the rolled sleeves since you can dress them up or down. Also, I agree with @monkeyface that the sunnies pull it all together.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fab outfit!! I have been wanting that top (and the dress in the same pattern) from H&M so bad lately! Love how you wore it!
