If you haven't noticed, I tend to take my photos in the same park everyday. At this point, the grounds crew considers me a regular. They smile and say "taking photos again today miss?" and I just nod and try not to look creepy. And those folks hi-speed walking around the mini-track, we're tight now. And when I say tight, I mean I don't scare them anymore either. Today of all todays, I noticed another lady standing awkwardly with her tripod and camera. Ok, she wasn't taking outfit photos, but we did bond.

  3. HAHA! I always take my pictures in my backyard and the other day my neighbor was out watering her garden. She came over to the fence between our two yards and said "you're not taking pictures of me and my house, are you?" Super awkward ...

  4. I did noticed you taking them at the same park. It looked like a nice park that I wondered how many people saw you.  You never have accidental people in the background of your pictures but I always hope someday there will be one.

  5. I'm so glad they are accepting you into their natural habitat! You're like and anthropologist!  :)

  7. nice blog.  however i do wonder why you cite your shoes from macy's rather than an actual brand. citing anthropologie makes sense because usually anything from a line or brand from that store will only be found at that store, but shoes at macy's can be found in many different places.  i think it would be more helpful if someone liked your shoes and would like to find them too.

  8. Haha no way, do the grounds crew really talk to you?  Man, mine just try really hard not to make eye contact with me.  They are embarrassed for me, I think.  The other day I got to one entrance of the park right when one crew member was opening the gate, and I rolled down my window to say good morning and he just turned around and got back in his truck.  Sad but true story.

Love your necklace and you know my feelings on the dress..

  13. Hey, any amount of bonding is good. I'm trying to get up the courage to go to my local park to take pictures, but I'm pretty sure I would look like a spaz in every picture.

    That necklace is beautiful!

  14. I just found your blog and I'm completely obsessed. You are so cute and I want your wardrobe (and the courage to take self photos of myself outside).

  15. Hey Veronica! Thanks for stopping by. It took me a while to get the courage to take photos outside...trust me if you can back in the archives you can find me hiding in my apartment.

  16. I need to get up the courage to ask some of my coworkers to take my pictures at work.  I know a couple of the ladies actually read and enjoy my blog, but I still don't have the nerve.  It means all my pictures are taken in the same 3 locations of my townhouse complex.

Every time you wear this dress all I can think about is how gorgeous it is and that I want it.  I also want your hair.  is it naturally that straight or does it take you a really long time to do each morning?

  17. LOL!  Yeah I have a special bond with the cops that enjoy their early morning break at the park I used to take photos at... I don't know who's creepier, me trying to find a corner where they can't see me, or them obviously staring at me!
