It's a fact, I'm fully on the peplum bandwagon. If wasn't convinced earlier, the new 3 peplum tops in my closet tell me I am now. What your clothes don't talk to you? Well in my sleep deprived case they do. And let me tell you, it's a nice reprieve from the voices in my head.
