{Dress: Limited, Belt: J Crew, Sunglasses: Ray Ban, Bracelets: Charming Charlies, Shoes: Bandolino}
I've had this dress for ages, although today is it's blog debut. It's one of the first "work" dresses I bought when I felt courageous enough to break out of the suit-jacket-syndrome that was the first 3 months of being a "career" gal. We've seen some good times, this dress and I. We've attended conferences, dabbled in some public speaking and led team builders. I even wore it for my first day at my current job. Although I don't wear this dress much anymore I can't seem to part with it.
Don't part with it! It still looks gorgeous on you, and I love the sleeveless collared silhouette. And the print is basic and fun and very versatile. I'd love to see it with your pink belt!
ReplyDeleteThis is a lovely dress - and one I can see working for many seasons. It would look great with a black blazer and tights for fall/winter, too!
ReplyDeleteI have clothes like that--you know, emotional bond and all. I am glad that you kept it. It is a great print and very flattering on you!
ReplyDeleteI definitely don't think you should part with this dress. It's a nice print, neutral enough to go with lots of different things, very flattering, and timeless!
ReplyDeleteWho says you have to part with it? It fits like a glove.
ReplyDeleteNothing like a faithful dress, ahem.. friend. Still a cute outfit!
ReplyDeleteVeeeeeeery Pretty!!!

ReplyDeletei can see why it has become such a staple in your closet! my bestie coworker and i are always on the hunt for things that are the perfect balance of personality and professionalism...this dress definitely fits the bill!
ReplyDeleteI can see why you can't get rid of it. Its a great work dress. I bet you could remix it for play too! Switch up the accessories and there you go.
ReplyDeleteSuch a pretty dress - great print and it seems really easy to dress it up and down)
