{Sweater & Belt: LOFT, Skirt: NY & Co., Tights: Hue, Shoes: Target}
Inside Liz here. Outside Liz asked me to pass along her thanks for the kind comments yesterday. If you could see her now, you’d see she’s blushing {she not the best with compliments}. She’s a bit shy and still getting used to this whole situation so she took the day off today. Plus it’s rainy and overcast {gross} so it's back to the bedroom.
Random, but I forgot about this belt. Which is weird because I never forget anything this shiny and sparkly. You can imagine my surprise when I found this stuffed away with bunch of other belts in a random shoebox in my closet. Do you ever do that {not the shoebox thing, but the forgetful thing}? I find myself being SO much more forgetful these days. I blame being a multi-tasker. The more I take on, the more I seem to forget. Once something is finished my brain hits the permanently delete button. If it wasn’t for my little blue post-it notes everywhere I would be lost. Speaking of lost, I need to head over to Google maps and print some directions so I can get myself to work.
you have great style,so put-together :). i love the color of that top!

Totally loving your hair- it's beautiful!! Yes I'm becoming absent-minded too! Money was really tight this month and I didn't even think about UNTIL I found I made a $200 math subtraction error in the ol' checkbook. I guess 624 minus 49 does NOT equal 375. Whoops! :)
ReplyDeleteLove the belt!

I forget things all the time- I'd forget my head if it weren't attached to my shoulders! Luckily- I have never forgotten my kids anywhere. My mom did that once, and I am waiting for the day that I forget to pick them up from some after school activity. Maybe it won't ever happen!! I love your belt!! I'm glad you found it!! ReplyDeleteThe mix of the draped sweater, structured skirt, and wide belt is so classically glam. The leopard flats help, too... :)

Woman, you are gorgeous! I love the sassy simplicity of this outfit, particularly the color palate. And whoa, your hair! It's perfection.
ReplyDeleteWell, hello again, Inside Liz! We missed you yesterday! I really love this outfit on you. Something about it strikes me as very different from most of your other outfits, but I can't put my finger on why. Either way -- it's completely awesome! That belt is very cool. =)
ReplyDeleteI so envy that you can wear this color, and pull off such a great belt! I am about to be on my day 25 of my 30 for 30, and I still can't figure out how so many girls have pulled it off multiple times. Good luck with yours!
